SCJH students were given parent letters earlier this week explaining our upcoming flu vaccine clinic taking place November 5.  If you would like for your student to receive the flu vaccine at school, please completely fill out the electronic consent form using the link below.  Be sure to sign the online consent as this will be your permission for your student to receive the vaccine. The deadline to fill this out is October 26th. There will be no paper signups this year.
